We had a great backpacking trip this weekend, but no sasquatch were in the area!

If you wish to serve in a leadership position for the Feb - July term, see Scoutmaster Lyerly tonight!

1) Jan 30 - 7:30pm Regular Troop Meeting (PLC at 7:15pm - NOTE: There
is no "big" PLC meeting tonight, just the short meeting prep at
7:15pm) - Continue Citizenship in the Community merit badge. Board of
Review. To sit for a Board of Review, you must be in full class A
uniform, including neckerchief, socks, shirt, pants, and belt.

2) Feb 4 - Community service opportunities for Citizenship in the
Community MB. The Salvation Army Family Thrift Store (2688 Peters
Creek Parkway), is confirmed for Saturday February 4th, from 9 am to 1
pm. This will involve working at the thrift store. We need a headcount
of participants - please respond to this email if you wish to
volunteer.

3) Feb 6 - Instead of meeting at St. Paul's, we will attend the
Winston-Salem City Council meeting to fulfill a requirement for
Citizenship in the Community merit badge. The Scouts will meet at City
Hall, Suite 140, 101 N. Main Street, in downtown Winston-Salem. Arrive
BEFORE 6:45 PM.  DO NOT BE LATE, AND BE IN FULL CLASS A UNIFORM. The
Scouts will lead off the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. They
will appear on TV doing so. They should be picked up from the same
location that evening by 9 PM.

4) Feb 13 - Court of Honor. PHILMONT PAYMENT OF $100 DUE.

Philmont Scout Ranch expedition June 19 - 30, 2013

Troop 910 meets on every Monday night September through May at 7:30 pm in the Youth Room of St. Paul's Episcopal Church on Summit Street in Winston-Salem, NC. Meetings last about 1 ½ hours. Anyone interested in finding more about the Troop should contact webmaster@troop910.us.
